I will never get tired of looking at your bows Simson.  Absolutely beautiful.  I would like to have an 80 pounder hanging on the wall.  I would shoot it just often enough to keep my 55-60# hunting bows feeling like 40# target bows.

this bow was about half a year old and in use when I took the pics, but I have osage  with a great variaty in colours.
One very dark one with red stripes. Thank you for your compliments

I feel comfortable at 65-75# for target bows and like about 80# on hunting bows (one shot, heavy arrow)

Steam bending of the bow at the handle is a puzzle to me ...If you wouldn't mind me askin...how'd ya do that?

two jigs: one for the recurves, one for the handle/fade - area, recurves boiled for about 30 min, Fades about 40 min

absolutely no handshock, but I shoot arrows out of her with a weight at least 750gn.

That is thru and thru an awesome bow. Awesome curves, and great weight. Defnitely a perfect hunting weapon!
