I love these type of bows Blackhawk...maybe even more than the perfectly dolled up, stick straight models, aw heck who am I kidding...I like em all!!!

Blackhawk does it again.  That sure looks nice  8).  I like how you allowed the location of knots to dictate the layout even though you were going to have to deal with that much difference in limb length (maybe not that challenging for you ;)). That is taking what the wood gives ya!

Thanks cmb...I did have to relay it out afte the first layout and stared at it talking out loud to myself scratching my head   ::)  I don't care how much experience you have, a stave like that will make anyone scratch there head


Thanks olschool...maybe if we put our targets together we d get a "half" way decent target to shoot at :laugh:

Up till this last Osage tree from the storm I thought I could split anything right where I wanted it to !
Not sure what I did wrong but she threw me a curve when i was looking for a fastball !
Remind me to tell ya about it next time we are together !!
