 I'm going to see about my neighbor tree cuz I think its ocean spray... well I think it is it had the whitecream bloom and the leaves look right... I think I might get a pic so you guys can say because its about 30-40 feet tall (I think) and it has some nice branches on it.
I am not the best but learn from the wise and you'll end up being called he best!

Soundmaker, it looks more like a big shrub than a tree. Although you can't see the blooms in the pic, this is what a big one looks like. This is only one of the big ones in a Seattle park. I put the guy in there to get an idea of scale. some of the staves in this one are as big as 2 1/2" - 3" dia.
