All great points. I'd put anyone of them on a shaft. You really have a grasp on knapping. Graduate-up. Swap for some grade A flint. I'd really like to see some from you. Tower

Tower, hmmm I like the swap idea but it seems like shipping rocks would be... Costly to say the least.

But hey! I'm up for it, if you want to swap I have lots of bamboo for arrows.

...The moderators might move this to the trading post now (please dont!)

I just sent some obsidian recently to 2 different guys over on the trading post.  U.S. Postal Service flat rate boxes are a wonderous thing :).  For a large size box (up to I think 70 lbs) in the U.S. is only $15 and some change.  I'd imagine a fair amount of folks would be willing to trade you some rock for what you may have-give it a whirl.

The reason I'm still up is that when I stumbled into my room tonite at 11:45 after my studies, I bumped into my cabinet and knocked my favorite glass point off(second from left, the big pointy one.) and broke the tip off >:(
So In my fury I grabbed the point& a nail and re-knapped the tip over the bathroom sink :embarassed: it looks like new but knapping without a leather pad(used my other hand) left me all bloody... But I saved it.

Gudspelr,Hmmm. Obsidian(dragonglass ;D) wait, nope. :'(
I cannot trade anything until after the regents earth science exams :'(
Around June 20 ish
But I will keep that in mind gudspelr, definitely keep that in mind

All of them points will take game - keep on a knappin. And everybody's right - flat rate boxes are the way to go. I usually go with the medium boxes, up to around 30 lbs and 11 dollars and some change..
