The earliest i need it by would be this wednesday or thursday and latest may 1. I don't want to rush or anything but it would be awesome if i could have it today or tomorrow so I could have a good example to show to my teacher :). Because I already have the books necessary with the Tbb 1-3, The art of making a selfbow, The backyard bowyer and other things but now I hope to get some your expertise. :) Thanks pappy for the encouragement :). I hope to do my best.

That is an awsome school project !
I hope some of the folks that have begun this hobbie as adults will take the time to answer you !!
As for us older folks it would not be an easy thing to do ,kind of like asking one of my grandkids how long and how many times of playing a video game did it take to get to the top level and how many video games have you played in your life !
Any way I am pulling for you !
Poor your heart into it and it will come out fine !

1. About 50 years off and on, Robin Hood inspired me.
2. Axe (now replaced by bandsaw) drawknife, spokeshave, rasp, file, scraper, string pencil, calipers.
3. Just about all of it, tillering, maybe applying that first coat of finish and seeing the wood suddenly show off.
4. Tillering, requires patience a good eye and a good temper!
5. http://www.primitivearcher.com/smf/index.php/topic,28324.0.html Also see my website by googling Delsbows.
6. Make a start with any wood you can get your hands on, then slow down!
7. All of 'em as a kid, and maybe 3 since then.
8. Five-ten minutes, but maybe days thinking about it before hand.
9. The best avialable is the best you can get. Staves for me, more interesting as every one is different.
10. D'uh? yes!
11. 50 - 100 I guess. I did have to raise a family in the mean time!
