yes jw the bug has bitten me good. I go to bed at night thinking about what i should do next.  And I have bought the bowyers bibles the first two to be exact and thats why i'm addicted now.  It's just that being it's my first bow I want to be absolutely sure what i'm doing is right.  I want to be successful is pretty much the bottom line. thanks fo rthe reply and hope to be part of this for a long time.

Get in there with the attitude that good bow wood grows on trees.  After all it does!

If this one fails, you are part of the largest brotherhood in the bowyer community; those that have failed at least once.  The only people that have never failed at making a bow really haven't even started yet!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Thank you for the encouraging words.  I'm ready and am definetely not going to quit.  I will make a working bow and I will take game with it if it takes me 10 bows to do so.
