thanks for the jerky and the coffee! Annette loved it and I am trying it again in the morning.

You and Annette are most welcome. And see, you did not get sick from Kopi Luwak coffee.
Thank you for all you did. I had a great weekend.

Kevin Cost-more and iowabow will tell you, "Build it and they will come."

John and Annette are two of the finest hosts you could hope for, their son Isaac give me hope for future generations (he's one of the funnest kids to hang around with I have EVER met!)

Everyone that was there was generous with their time, tools, talents, and good humor.  In other words, it was just like the attitude we have here on this forum.

By the way, if Bevan ever offers any of you some of his patented Cat Poo Coffee, take him up on it!  Not a bad cuppa brew.  Although last nite I fell of the back of the couch while cleaning the base of my tail with my tongue.  Doctors say the cast will come off in another 6 weeks.

Everyone got together and presented Annette and me with the following wonderful items for hosting the event. Thank all so much for the table the knifes and the points.  I am going to take apicture of isaac shooting his bow this weekend and post it up for JW. Thank you JW for the kind words about my son. You all made an impact on him as well.

Scott and I went to the creek last firday and pulled some rock that looked like it might be good to knap and then we heat treated it. Sunday we made each other points from the material and this is a picture of the really nice point he made.  The point I made him was from some really rough material that looked very bad but it was fun to make a point from it.

The smaller points that you see above were made by John Whittaker.  Great goup of guys so if anyone want to attend next years event let me know.   Maybe we can have the TN boys car pool and do a road trip. You know we do have fire dancers at our event lol
