Seabass, glad you got inspired...where did you order your spool from?  I hope you stick the scales hard this Spring  >:D

PB, I did get my bone from my local butcher but he specializes in whole animal rendering and even has a rig that he uses to drive right to the home/farm and does the slaughter, butchering and wrapping of the critter so he can get me lots of large bone.  Only problem is I only asked for this one bone to dry/bake in the sun last fall...sure as heck wish I would have grabbed a 1/2 dozen of them so I had more dry and seasoned stuff to use now.  Oh well, live and learn I guess.
