^ what he said! Yes they are the same over in Texas,, did you know technically a mullet is a fowl,,not a fish?? Because he has a gizzard,like a fowl,,,they are also bottom feeders,(vegetarians) so their enviorment dictates how they taste.

But you can control how they tast by filleting, smoking, frying, skinning, or making Dip.
