Game Camera for set of arrows
« on: August 16, 2011, 11:45:02 pm »
I have been lurking for a couple years, and have built a few bows. However I am struggling with my knapping and arrowsmith skills. I work as an sales rep in the hunting business so I have plenty of things I can trade for a set of arrows:
Clothing - Camo,wool, fleece
Game Cameras
Gun cases
Back packs
If you need something and want to trade some arrows, drop me a PM and I am sure we can work something out. It is for an Elm selfbow, 54lb.@ 28 and I have 29inch draw.
thanks

Thanks to everyone that has sent PM's.
I am working on a couple of trades that should get me set-up with arrows.

If you have something "primitive" you want to trade for commercial hunting stuff let me know what you got and I will see what I can find. I have lots of samples from many years in the hunting business.

Sorry Steve for the late reply, I just saw this.

Send me an email
shawn at northernsporting.com

we will see if we can get something worked out. I have some on the way, but I am sure I will lose most of those anyway.

Shawn,

If you think you are going to be loosing them arrows, use the blunts first, maybe even get yourself some bunny busters or Judos or Ace Hex heads, all work good in saving arrows from going under the grass.  In the business your're in, maybe you can get a hold of the companys above and see if they can send you a few samples.  >:D ;)
