Dinner for three days... all mine!!
« on: August 04, 2011, 07:36:40 pm »
I was at my folks' yesterday and I stole some more venison from their freezer :D

I stir-fried a load of veg in a little oil and soy sauce, added strips of something they'd labelled as "steak", boiled a load of rice in vegetable stock/bouillon, then mixed it all together.

My wife doesn't eat Bambi.  My kids are away for the next week and a half, so it's ALL for me!!  :D:D:D  I've already eaten dinner today and there's enough in the bowl for at least two more!

Coke can for size comparison...  though it doesn't do it justice :D

Looks tasty.  Stir fried venison has been one of our family's favorite meals for decades.  You're lucky to get to eat it all yourself.  Nice.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

180# of meat?  Big hog!  How much damage did it do to your truck?   >:D
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
