Calf Roping Style Diaper Change Walk Through. (Can't really call this a Build Along).

1)  Lay baby on firm stable (Clean?) surface.
2)  Prep fresh diaper, open new diaper fully and spread out ruffles. Now hold new diaper under chin. Orintation of your choice.
3)  Undo diaper sticky tape on dirty diaper, Fold sticky tape back on itself to insure it doesn't catch on dirty diaper during high speed diaper removal.
4)  Pull front of dirty diaper away from baby enough to insure there is no poopys. (Poopy diaper changes process).
5)  Now firmly but not tightly grasp both feet in your up stream hand and lift baby's bottom off table.
6)  Fold back of dirty diaper up and tuck between baby's legs out of the way.
7)  Slide fresh diaper under baby's bum and align diaper to baby. Now lower baby onto Fresh diaper.
8)  Now in one fluid motion,(High Speed Part), Gently Release baby's feet, fully remove dirty diaper with upstream hand whilst rolling fresh diaper up into final position with downstream hand.
9)  Discard dirty diaper.
10) Obtain Final Fresh diaper alignment and secure sticky tape, and done.
(Throwing hands overhead and yelling "Time" is optional, my boys think it is funny.)

This works especially good with boys but have heard it could work with baby girls as well.

I got peed on three times by my first boy, but have only been hit once by my second son...  :)

Hope this is helpfull.

Good going new family!  She's a cute one.  I always put the clean diaper under the dirty one just in case of accidents, then pull the dirty one out and wallah, she'll be on the clean one.  you can do this onb the carpet to w/o a towel, but I'd practice alittle first.  My boys are 7 and 4.  Just now getting into archery.  They like the primitive stuff the best, breaking rock and cutting shoots and homemade broadheads and knives.  Make the most of it, they grow up fast.  This is the easy age, make the most of it.   Lots of Love, dpgratz
