bow class
« on: October 13, 2011, 12:02:13 pm »
some of you prolly know about a bunch of us having a weekly bow class.
very informal, just some pals getting together to shoot and make bows.
help each other out etc.
it is open to anyone who wishes to join in.
its free, we have tools to borrow and about a 1/2 dz benches to use.
sometimes there are 8 or 9 folks, some nites just 2 or 3.
typically we start the nite off shooting bows.
we plan on setting up some sorta minimal lighting
to continue shooting once the days start ending much earlier.
in the year we've been doing this, we have only missed like 3 wed nites.
some random shots from last nite:

if you happen to live in the kansas city area, you're welcome to join us anytime.
pm me and i'll give ya info.
thanks!

Yes Ma'am!

Love your Idea!
Sure would be neat as heck to get something like this going around Houston...

Hmmm...

I agree this is a sweet idea and I too wish I lived nearby.

Just a thought, mabey you could start a thread in the Campfire section, like the "life is good" thread by Pappy, so those of us who live far away can enjoy your club as well.
