Do you think that meat had a chance to go bad before gettin in the freezer?!? ;D

I don't think it even had a chance to drop towards ambient temperature before going into the freezer!!  :D

i worked in a processing plant for five years and skinned hundreds of deer , we use to have races to see was the fastest . but man that was pretty impressive :o i think just over 5 min was my best time. but they were not allways warm cold ones are way harder to skin.

Notice also, he didn't field dress the deer.  He gutted it on the gambrel and a bunch of other stuff all at the same time.  Did you notice how clean the cavity was with that method?

I don't gut deer at all anymore.  It helps that Texas deer are so small that they're easy to deal with at live weight.  I agree that saw is 10 times more effective than anything I've used.  I'd like to see him do a wild hog.  They take me twice as long as a deer, but I've watched guys do them in 10 minutes.
