ok there is not much to work with but still want to try for a kids bow. it started out 52" long and now it only 42" ntn and really would like to save it going to remove the stif handle worried because it had a arrow shelf cut into it.worried about it due to grain runoffs and back vilolation on the back not really but the arrows shelf. will post picture later today. it is 1.25" in the handle width. about 2"fades tapering to 1.5" at the fade to 5/8" at the nochs just need soem help on this one the bow was pulling right at 55# at 25" want to try to get to 21" draw and maybe 25to 30# weight i do have some sinew to back it with but not sure if i have enough to do the whole bow. how many legs tendons does it take to sinew a back of a short bow.? i know a lot of questions but my sone will love this bow if it can be saved. any dimensions would be appreicated. john
