Canebreak Osage
« on: February 12, 2011, 08:14:37 pm »
This is a bow I recently finished and shared on another forum. I made it turkey hunting this spring. All osage with a canebreak skin for camo. It is 57in. ntn and draw 60@26. I used a r/d caul to give the profile some shape. I wish I would have added a touch more reflex in hindsight.

The limbs are 1 7/16 wide from the fade out to midlimb then tapering to 7/17 nocks.

nice job on that.  Best of luck getting a turkey with it.  I love chasing turkeys with a bow.
