Are all clovis points fluted? Friend found the better part of a point that has the owl ears but no flute.

No, they are not all fluted. There are also other points with ears that are not Clovis.

Actually I miss wrote, I meant to ask are all Folsoms fluted.
The point was found in southern New Mexico in the same area where a complete folsom was found.

I would say to be a Folsom it would have to be fluted. You get the ears from removing material to set up the nipple for the flutes. A un-fluted Folsom would not have ears.
I am by no means a expert so please take my advice with a grain of salt

An unfluted Folsom is called a Midland. Many examples exist.
