     Dang, it's sailordad isn't it!  He has already sweet talked you out of it.  Don't do it, hold out!  I don't blame you, I would be hanging on to that one!  It's a good thing I didn't grow up out there, those poor ol saguaro's would have been full of arrows!..... ;D  Still......even now it would be tempting........  Just something about a cactus with arms........ ::)

Yeah had to show it off over there too Scott, Since I'm doing the bow swap I wanted let them know I can actually build a bow ;)

Very nice bow Nathen!  you are turning into quite the artist now!  All your bows are just beautiful I really enjoy seeing what you will come up with next.  Got it bookmarked for January BOM contest too.  :)

Dang Nate, you're really trickin' your bows out nowadays. I haven't been keeping up on here for a while, but your really building some fine bows.

That is the most beautyfull brace profile I have ever seen! perfect tiller too...I want one:-)

Ron, Bunnies we can hunt year round, and while I don't eat desert bunnies I have snakes that will ;)  I'll send ya a pm with my phone number,  give me a call if your ever in town.

Thanks again for the compliments.  I did answer about the reflex and such, must have missed it ;)

I used 4" blocks for the tips and a 1" block for the deflex. Off the form the tips were 3" behind the handle. After tillering the tips are 1 1/2" behind the handle.

I prepared my lams last night and ill go for those numbers when I glue em up:-)

Ps: I can stare at that brace picture forever....some bows just have that effect on me, gives me gooses bumps-)

No problem!  That braced profile is mostly about getting the outer limbs to open up just right for you.  Good luck, can't wait to see your work.
