I did the same thing with an HBO I screwed up, pulled too much osage off the belly and glued on another piece of hickory. I never finished tillering it out though, had some other problems. Once I get wood poor I'll probably pull it out of the corner and see what I can do with it.

Eh, you don't live in a desert, have you seen the pics of my backyard
I've got enough wood for 5 more bows. If I nail those out before snakes start crossing roads again I'll be wood poor
