Hey Lennie, not editor, brewmaster! You do brew a very good beer. Think about it. We would have the only magazine with it's own brewmaster. I'll bet it wouldn't be long before you'd have a contest going with "Brew of the Month" hats and all. Course you would have to send samples to everyone before the vote.

Justin, those are great pics of the logs. Glad you didn't have a flat tire on the way home. Sorta hard to unload and reload I would think.  Again thanks for all the help. It was a very good gathering. By the way the next issue of PA is now being mailed and its major theme is Flight Shooting out your way in the Bonneviile Salt Flats out by you. The cover has a photo of Dr. Charles Grayson participating at age 94.

So who is going to host the "self brew challenge"  Can GregB enter his wine?

PA Brewmaster.  Now there's a job I could really dive into.

Lets consult Pappy on the possibility of a selfbrew challenge for next year.  And selfwine would certainly be allowed.

Lennie,

Self Brew Challenge sounds like a good plan to me. Hey, I really would like you to write an article about "Self Brewing" for the magazine...a key primitive skill if there ever was one. I think it would be a popular subject. No kidding.

Oddly enough, I just put pen to paper and came up with a short article on that very topic.  I'll send it your way.

After that runs I'll write something on self-soap.  I make a heck of an oatmeal/milk/honey lye soap, my kids practically cuss on purpose just to get a taste.

Sounds like the making of several articles. Don't forget to add some pictures or diagrams.

I'm gonna try this again. We just had a thunder storm as I sent out the pics and they didn't go anywhere.  These are some pics I took(remember, I lost my camera). I'll post more later. I also have a disc of pics from Dick so I'll post them too.   Pat
