Never ate coyote,( should'nt be too different than dog), ate dog and I've had worse (Baloots)  Got a big bobcat one time,Had two whole gray squirrels in his tummy, Ate the squirrels and fed the bobcat (Cooked) to my lab (He earned it ) He really liked it.  '  Frank

We ate some yote last year when we were in Texas. Not bad but definitely needs to be marinated and tenderized. Actually taste like beef. ;)

Ya I remember that picture, man you were cool. ;) ;D ;D Never ate yote but have ate bob Cat with Eddie and Chris on a hog hunt in GA. Not to bad, better than the gator. It would get you by in pinch. :) You could rap it in bacon, that will make a T$%^ tast good.  :)
