Thanks Dan. I appreciate it. I have a Mike Treadway bow(fg) and Mike did this on the bottom limb as a protector. His wasn't as large as this one but I like the look and protection it gives the tips.   Pat

Dave, The boo is on the back, hickory mid lam and osage belly lam.   The boo backing is about 1/8" thick and pretty flat for boo.    Pat

Doesn't your description say it has vertical boo flooring belly?

Dave, That was a few fixes back! >:( I later ground off the boo and added the osage belly she has now. That's where the name "Trouble Maker" came from.    Pat

Pat, I think you turned this one from an ole plow mule that you have to fight down the row in one direction and is raring to head for the barn when you make the end of the row and turn around.....into a spirited stallion that you have to fight to rein it in! ;D

After all that, what my intent was...great bow! ;)

Nice Pat! Hopefully I'll get to see it in person in Tenessee in a couple weeks (depends on the weather)

You don't know how much it makes me smile when I see a floppy rest on someones bow.  ;D

Justin, every bow that I have named has told me what to call it. This one was screaming! :o
...and thanks Greg...(what ever he said) ??? ;)
Ryan, I have been doing these tips for a while. usually not as much contrast. 8) They do protect the tip better IMO.
Gordon and Sim, thanks.
Mickey, I hope you do make it to the Classic.   I started using your floppy lately because my bow hand kept getting chafed. Now it's my go to rest.  ;D   Pat

Mickey, thanks for sharing your floppy rest idea with us, I like 'em and have used them on several bows.
