New hickory and rattlesnakeskin backed osage.
« on: September 12, 2010, 08:27:36 pm »
I thought I would make another hickory and rattlesnake backed osage reflex deflex bow. What I did different this time was the wood riser, tip overlays and poundage. The bow is 64 inches tip to tip.a inch and a half at the widest and a half inch at the nocks. The wood riser is wenge and tip overlays are ebony. The bow tillered in at 55#@26 inches,it is a good shooter.

Very nice. I love the lines where you drew back the skin on the back of the bow. Lovely.

Nicely done. Your tiller looks decent, and the detail work is very impressive.  ;D
