found this online....a lot cheaper than commercial stuff and its supposed to work
1 gal distilled water
1 quart peroxide
1 cup baking soda
2 Tbsp liquid unscented handsoap or unscented body soap
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
leave in a dark place, uncovered for 3-7 days....bottle and use in spray container.
