I have used a thumb ring but like Lennie said it doesn't mimic the Med release.   Pat

I use a small strip of primitive duct tape until I'm sure the nock point is where I want it. The duct tape I use comes from the rare duct tree which is native only to my yard. Don't even bother asking. I am not sharing. :) Jawge
