That bow is absolutely beautiful ! I do have one critique though..... could you please take a better full draw picture !  One with the bow square to the camera.  I like everything about that bow.

I have to agree with Ryan on this one. Very excellent,well done bow, but that  full draw pic makes that bottom limb look a bit loose to my old eyes.

Grip work is fantastic!

The stitching on that grip is flippin great. I AM so impressed!

Timo, what is loose?   

Oneeye, The bottom limb in the first full draw pic looked weak to me,(bending more) throwing the tiller off in my eye. I call it loose.
The second pic shows excellent tiller. Nice job and thanks for posting the second pic.

Oneeye, thats a very nice bow, like everything about it, I think what Ryano and Timo are seeing is a ful draw pic with you holding and drawing the bow, its not on the same line or pressure point as it is when drawing it from the center on your tillering jig. Maybe I'm all wrong but I see it all the time. Your attention to detail is top notch.

 Everyone, thanks again for the all the great feedback,  never thought a leather grip would be that big of deal. I was just looking for a way to finish up the edges on the leather. Soon as I do another one I'll post a how to.
 
Shannon, thanks for the tips on the skins,  don't know if I could've let those ones go.  Thats the first copperhead skins I've worked with, they seemed thinner than  rattlesnake and I had to be real careful not to sand through them on the edges.
 
JD, so shouldn't moving up on the string and inch put less pressure on the bottom limb?   Scott

What a beautiful bow man!  The grip, tiller, skins, all look excellent!    

To answer the question about moving up the string it would actually give you more leverage which will make the bottom limb bend more than the top, kinda like using the string as a lever...  The longer the lever the more you can lift with less energy used which would cause the bottom limb to bend more in my opinion...    Same theory as is piking a limb, i.e. making it shorter will give you a stiffer limb.
