Got Beau's 2 deer skinned and in the cooler soaking yesterday evening while he was out hunting,about dark I got a call from him,had another one down,so it was another late night, Nice bodied deer 126Lb,but only 3 points,kind of heavy so probably 2 years old, we're not big on managing a heard but this one probably needed taken out plus Beau needed the meat so it's a win win.
It walked right into a scrape Beau found scouting yesterday and hung a stand 10 yards from,shot it while it was pawing in it.
The boy is Stacking them up this year,said he was making up for a slow last year.
