Eddie - you got armed guards posted around the quarry there? ;D. I'll have to go it covert then, maybe tunnel in :D.
 square shooter: It's called flint knapping but suppose it is a form of sculpting. Anyway a good book to start with would be DC Waldorf's "The art of flintknapping". There are other books and stuff out there but that's the only one I've read. Best bet is to get with somebody that can show you a few things.
