thinking of making a persimmon bow wandering what color the wood is when finished,and who has made one and what they think?
if you can shoot over them , they ain't to far

do an advanced search , twistedlimbs did a persimmon bow in dec of 2007 plenty of pics !

I have done a few and they are a kind of  blue, purple color,look really nice.I made a couple of nice bows from it,got some drying now and plan on another sometime,I may even keep the next one. ;) ;D
