I think the wire came in a picture hanging kit I got from walmart, Lowes....some place like that. I think you can get the wire from the hardware store as well.....The picture wire is braided and pretty supple. I have not used yet but I believe that some small diameter "hay-wire" from the hardware is going to work just as well...it's solid wire but it is supple also.

Sorry about the bad memory, the problem with old guys! As to the Thompson Bro's....I should be half as good!!!!!
