I've been working on the sheath as I've had time-got it about 3/4 finished. Can't wait to see the set finished and all together.

Guys, we have no deadline. When everything is done and I receive it, I will pass it on to Patrick. Until then, just keep on keeping on!  ;D

So, do the rest of us have to wait till this hits the magazine, to see what fine work ya'all did? I must say for sure, this is a great thing your doing, it won't replace a good man, but it'll sure make a son feel good I bet.

Dano, when I get everything together I'll take pics of the set and of Patrick with the set and post them here for everyone to see.

I will probably be Admonished or Inundated with PM.s....But.....Sure wish that the Originator of this Thread was still Involved...there has been a whole lot of Heart and Soul poured into this Memorial for Tom...and it don't seem as complete any more...JMO

The originator is still involved in this project. He is mentioned in the article as the originator and for contributing the original stave and will be pictured working on the beginnings of original bow. I'm even adding pics of the broken first bow to show how other PA members step in when needed to complete a task...but Dana was never eliminated from Tom's Memorial Bow Project!

Just cut the tape around the end of the tube then the cardbord "cap" should come off.  I'm a bit paranoid about what the USPS could do to it. ;)  The stick on the outside is just to stiffen it so they couldn't bend it.
