You are a lucky man, yazoo. Brings back memories. One day my daughters were 4 and 8 years old. Then I blinked and they were 27 (almost 28)  and 32.  :) Jawge

my helper is my brothers girl,,this hickory has very thick rings close to 1/4in
if you can shoot over them , they ain't to far

Nice snakey stave, Mike. I don't think I've ever seen a hickory with that much snake to it.

Sweet ,can't beat that kind of help.I don't believe I have ever seen Hickory that snaky.I have dad some with some small hooks in them but none like that.Pretty cool. :) ;) I would love to get a piece like that,might trade you out of one of them ,one of these days. ;) :)
