The bottom picture has calcite crystals which is usually in chert. But the other pictures look like a jasper. It is probally a cool looking chert, though.

I got no idea Shannon. Looks to be freeze fractured all over, maybe if ya dug a little you could find some larger chunks - usually works for me.
