Does anyone know the gentleman that was interested in starting flink knapping, his name was Chuck, I wanted to send him a book and a dvd but lost his address.
Dana gave him some knapping tools.
Anyone that can help me out I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, Dana and Venisonburger it's going to be your fault if I start breaking rock, so far it seems like it's going to take a lot of practice, but I'm willing to give her a go. Thanks again. I sent Venisonburger my address.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Mullet Maw has had me tied to the plow lately. I wish that I had bought a bucket of rock at the Classic to practice on, so I'm going to the Compton Traditional shoot in Bearing Springs Michigan and will try to pick up some rock there. Tiller you might be right when you said Cha-Ching I bought a piece of rock about the size of your palm ( $17.00 Cha-Ching) Jesse worked on that little beauty and turned it into a beautiful  Dirk point knife, I think thats what ya call it?    Charlie

Yep! Much less expensive to pick it up out of a stream or dig it up. Gotta get back west here for some obsidian some day.
