I don't ordinarily post a bow I am working on. If it doesn't turn out, no one will know

This is a decent piece of hawthorne I snagged out of a city park area a year ago.
I thought I might try a Holmegaard design.
I've already piked it because the long tips didn't line up very well, partly due to a slight propeller twist. Since then, I've realigned the shorter tips with heat.
Question is:
Should the tips flex at all? Currently they are stiff. Should they be redesigned?[attachment deleted by admin]
